Funding through NYGH's "ed" Fund
You may be eligible for direct funding (you do not need to pay up-front) for the cost of registration for your ACLS course if you are in good standing with your respective professional regulatory body and meet ALL the eligibility criteria below. If you do not meet all of the criteria below you may be eligible for reimbursement of your ACLS fee. You must pay up-front and apply for non-direct funding consideration from the Education Development Fund (ed Fund). All Applicants must be registered through Conference Services for the ACLS course prior to applying to the Education Development Fund.

Direct Funding Eligibility Requirements
(Employment status will be verified with Human Resources)
1. NYGH staff:
Full-time regular staff for at least 1(one) year or Part -time regular staff for at least 2 (two) years
OR NYGH Physician
Active staff with at least 1(one) year at NYGH
2. Employed in one of the following departments:
If you meet all of the criteria as described above:
Register for the ACLS course using the Direct Funding ACLS Registration Form (no payment required).An email will be sent to you containing a PDF file of your registration confirmation.
Apply for direct funding through the Education Development Fund ("ed" Fund) atwww.nygh.on.ca/ed You will need to upload the PDF registration confirmation that you received as part of your online funding application.
If you only meet eligibility criterion #1 as described above:
Register and pay for the ACLS course through using the Self-Pay ACLS Registration Form An email will be sent to you containing a PDFfile of your registration confirmation. The official receipt will be sent within 2 business days.
Apply for funding consideration through the Education Development Fund ("ed" Fund) at www.nygh.on.ca/ed using a Professional Development Fund application. You will need to upload the PDF registration confirmation and your official receipt to your online funding applicaiton.
